I’m usually quite proactive & positive but sometimes slip into dark mindset which is hard to shift...do you have any tips to shake this off?

I Can Relate
Mental health can be overwhelming. But you are not on your own. Your experiences may seem surreal but its very likely others are also going through or have been through similar and that is what 'I can Relate' is here for. A blog & forum, created to provide a platform to share the true, lived experience of mental health, so that together we can support, encourage and provide helpful advice along the mental health journey. Hey lovelay ,
i totally empathise with these feelings . My mood fluctuates from hour to hour and as Zoe said , please don’t be hard on yourself . As humans we think we have to have it all figured out but we don’t .
If you feel unable to get out then just sit with you’re thoughts with some meditation in the background . Just give your mind what it needs .. xx beating your thoughts isn’t easy so be kind to yourself for how amazing you are :) x
