I Can Relate
Mental health can be overwhelming. But you are not on your own. Your experiences may seem surreal but its very likely others are also going through or have been through similar and that is what 'I can Relate' is here for. A blog & forum, created to provide a platform to share the true, lived experience of mental health, so that together we can support, encourage and provide helpful advice along the mental health journey. Through the sharing of blog posts and submissions via the forum, I Can Relate aims to gently remind each member, that they are never alone.
